Hand Desynchronization

Last night, before going to bed, I attempted a new session. As usual, I felt tingling, spasms, and overall numbness. This time, I had the impression that my hands were out of sync, as if they weren’t responding at the same pace. I couldn’t manage to move them outside my physical body, even mentally.
